Merry, Merry

Happy Tuesday to everyone!!

I have a layout to share that was submitted at Soul Scrappers for their Christmas Sketch Challenge (SC72).  You can see the challenge here.

The sketch:

The Extra Criteria:

1.  Use one sheet of pp as the background.

2.  One or two photos.

3.  Paper strips or washi tape.

4.  A layout about Christmas.

And here's my layout titled, "Merry, Merry."

I used everything from the criteria and only used one photo.

This is our daughter opening her presents several years ago.

Just over the present is the page title.

The quote reads, "From home to home, and heart to heart, from one place to another.  The warmth and joy of Christmas, brings us closer to each other." The author is listed below the quote in letters so tiny that I can't see them... sorry!

The doily was inked and embossed with red embossing powder.  I then added glitter gems on it.
