Let It Snow Christmas Card

Hi!

Here's another card that was submitted at Sketches 4 All for Stacy's Dec. Card Challenge - Anything Goes.  You can see the challenge here.

This is my "Let It Snow" card:

The hat and mittens are 3D embellies.... but unsure of the manufacturer.  The wire ribbon is sheer with glitter accents.
