Birthday Card Using Fabric

Hi there!
Yay for Saturday!

I have a fun challenge that was just posted at Sketches 4 All.  I hope you hop on over there and check it out... and maybe you'll decide to play along too!

You can see ALL the challenges at S4A here.  Keep in mind, not all the challenges for March 1st have been posted yet... but keep checking back.  And... you can see MY challenge here.

This month I'm challenging you to "USE FABRIC" on your project.  Easy peasy, right?  Sound fun to you?  Well... it is FUN!  And I will be offering a prize to one random winner!  :)

Here's my Birthday card:
I wrapped sheer fabric around some fun, bright flowery pp so it would show through and more fabric was wrapped around cardstock for the center of the card.
The white rosette was created using satin fabric and the smaller rosettes were created using seam binding fabric.

See... there are LOTS of ways to add fabric to your projects!!

Supplies used:
Paper: White Cardstock, gcd Studios
Metal Mesh
Swirly Bling & Gems: Home Made
Fabric
Seam Binding and Satin Fabric Rosettes: Home Made
Rub on Sentiment
Sketch: Splitcoast Stampers (SC151)

A closer look at the rosettes!  Aren't they cute?

Here's a better look at the sheer fabric over pp.  It's pretty cool!  The rub on sentiment was added at the top of the card.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
I hope you will visit Sketches 4 All and see all the fun awaiting you!
