Happy Birthday Card

Hello everyone!

I hope you all had a safe New Year celebration!

I have a card to share that was submitted as my inspirational card at Sketches 4 All for the challenge that I'm hosting (Libby's Challenges).  You can see the challenge (JanSnowflake) here.

For my challenge, there are two requirements...
1.  Add a snowman on your project.
2.  Use a "Winter Wonderland" theme.

Pretty simple, right?
I'm totally bonkers over snowmen!  They're SO CUTE!

And, you may be thinking, "What is a "Winter Wonderland" theme?"  Well, dig into those Christmas papers and you'll see all the wonderful colors!  There could be snowman pp or snowman ribbons and other winter embellies.  And what about the colors blue, silver, red, white, gold... and sparkly and/or glittery too?  There are so many papers that could be used for your winter theme... and they don't necessarily need to come from your Christmas stash.  So, look through all your papers... and you'll see what I'm talking about.

So, here's my card:
I decided to make a Birthday card using a winter theme and of course, the main focus is the cute little snowman.  I found him in my stash!  Isn't he cute?

Supplies used:
Paper: The Paper Studio, Colorbok, White Cardstock
Cuttlebug Embossing Folder
Glittery snowball trim
Pop Dots
Sentiment
Red Ink: Hero Arts
String
Sketch: Splitcoast Stampers

Here's a side view to give you a better look at the layers and dimension.
The snowman was adhered at the bottom and then pop dots were added behind the upper portion of the snowman.

I hope you'll stop by Sketches 4 All and check out all the fun challenges that will be posted soon!

Thanks so much for stopping by and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
