Winter "Any Occasion" Card

Hello,

Here's a card that was submitted at Sketches 4 All for Stacy's Card Challenge.  You can see the challenge here.

Below are two cards to use as inspiration for your project:

Both cards are beautiful but I decided on the using the 2nd photo as inspiration for my "Any Occasion" card.  I was inspired by the layout, punched borders, ribbon and bling.

Here's my cute snowman card... which could be used as a thank you, thinking of you or a hello card.  Bling was added above and below the punched borders.  I doubled up the layers below the snowman.
