Birthday Card

Hi there,

Brrrrr!  It's COLD out there!  It's going to be a balmy BELOW ZERO all day!  

My hand got stuck on the door handle when I let the dog out this morning!!  And... I also knew that it was too cold for our Zoe-dog... when she hurried back to the door lifting up her front paws... because they were cold!!

I have a card to share that was submitted at Soul Scrappers for their Celebration Card Challenge (CC24).  You can see the challenge here.

Simply use a "celebration" theme AND use a "technique."

Here's my Birthday card:

The background was created using various paints, misting with water and pressing cardstock onto it.  This makes a really cool design!
