Just love these papers!  Buttons were layered in the lower corner.

Supplies used:
Paper: Authentique
Ribbon
Sentiment Sticker
Buttons
Sketch: Splitcoast Stampers (SC449)

Here's a closer look!

Hope you enjoyed my card!

Three Little Bunnies

Hello!

Here's a cute little bunny card that was submitted at Sketches 4 All for Stacy's April Card Challenge.  You can see the info here.

Lots of layers and embossing.

And... washi tape was added on cardstock and cut with a border punch.  I layered a couple rows using two different tapes.

Supplies used:
Paper: gcd Studios
Cuttlebug Embossing Folder
SU Border Punch
Sentiment Sticker
Purple Ink
Pearls
Sticker
Ribbon
Washi Tape
Sketch: Splitcoast Stampers (SC287)

And here's a closer look.  After stamping the image I used a template to cut the shape and added a bow below it.  Pearls were added as the bunnies' cottontails.
You can also see the washi tape better in this photo.

Thanks for stopping by!

Easter! Card

Hello,

Here's another Easter card that was submitted at Sketches 4 All for Stacy's April Stash Challenge.  You can see all the info here.  You have all month to play along!  :)

This challenge is right up my alley... using flowers and bling!  Oh yeah!
Isn't this a bright and fun card?!?

Supplies used:
Paper: The Paper Studio
Cuttlebug Embossing Folder
Clear Sentiment Sticker
Flowers
Bling: Home Made
Sketch: Splitcoast Stampers (SC215)

A closer look.  As well as bling tucked behind the flower... glitter gems were used in the center of the flower and on the lower right.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Red, White & Blue Layout

Hey there!

Ugh!  One look at the floors in my house will tell you we're definitely in the "mud season!"  Oh my!  What a mess two dogs can create with their little footie prints!!  I'm not in a hurry to wash the floors... just to have them muddied again shortly after!  Ugh!
But... on the plus side... I will take all the MUD instead of SNOW!

In the middle of creating cards today... I also completed a layout!
This one was submitted at Soul Scrappers for their Cooking Up A List Layout Challenge (CUCC27).  You can see the info here.  You have until Apr 17 to play along!

The challenge is to choose 3 or more from the listing blow to create your page:
1. Add a list
2. Add bling
3. Have a music theme
4. Add one small photo
5. No handwritten journaling
6. Add some ovals
7. Add stickers
8. Add a mixed alpha title
9. Use a corner rounder
10. Double mount

Here's my layout titled, "Aim High."
I couldn't resist another red, white and blue layout... because this photo was taken after Andrew's graduation from Basic Training!  Love this photo!

I used the following from the list above:
1. Bling
2. Ovals
3. Stickers
4. Double mount

Supplies used:
Paper: The Paper Studio
3D Embellies: K&Co.
3D Circle: Reminisce
Banner: K&Co.
Ribbon
Flag Oval Die Cut
Gems/Bling: Home Made
Sketch: Page Maps (Sept 2010)

Glitter gems were added between the banners.

Lots of ovals here!  The top oval is a die cut from my stash.  The other ovals were cut from pp, highlighting certain words and then matted.  The 3D stars add a little dimension.

A trio of embellies were added below the photo.  The circle is my sticker.

Another look at the banner.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Pastels Easter Card

Hi!

Back again with another Easter card to share that was submitted at Soul Scrappers for their Using Up Stash Challenge (UUS3).  You can see the info here.

Simply use 10+ buttons on your project.

I chose to make a card with lots of flowers and pastels.
This card came together rather quickly because of punches!  The part that took me the longest is threading the embroidery thread through each button!

I used 12 buttons on my card.

Supplies used:
Paper: Deja Views, Colorbok
Flower Punches
Circle Punch
Buttons
Cuttlebug Embossing Folder
Pop Dots
Embroidery Floss
Glittery Bunny Sticker

The white flower was embossed and adhered with pop dots.  A bow was added on the bunny sticker.

Here's a closer look.  The circles and flowers were punched.  I used an embossing tool to press around the inner edges of the flowers so the petals would create some dimension.  The embroidery floss was knotted under each button and the ends cut just enough so they peek out from the sides.

I hope you enjoyed my card.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Love this cute cupcake full of glitter and bling!  To make it even more girly, I added the punched border and lace.

All the paper and embellies are way over 6 mos.!!  Using up my stash!  :)

3D Embellie Cupcake
Sentiment Sticker
Lace
Ribbon
EK Success Border Punch
Pop Dots
Sketch: Splitcoast Stampers (SC186)

Easter Bunny Card

Hello!

Here's a totally 3D card!  I used LOTS of pop dots!

This cute card was submitted at Sketches 4 All for Rachelle's All About Flowers Challenge (MAYFLOWERS).  You can see all the info here.

Ta da!!
I have several of these cute tissue-like Easter egg sheets in my stash... and dug them out to do something with them.  It took me awhile to figure out what I would do with them.

I started by tracing the tissue paper egg onto the pp and cut it out.  Two layers of the cardstock were cut and pop dots were added between the layers... with the tissue paper as the background.

Here's a better look at the dimension.  These 3D embellies are the cutest!

I hope you enjoyed my card!
